  1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. Items must be postmarked within this 30-day period to be eligible.

  1. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unaltered
  • Free from scents (perfumes, animal hair, etc.)
  • With all tags attached
  • In their original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  1. Sizing Confirmation

We confirm sizing for each order to ensure accuracy. If a customer provides sizing information and the item doesn’t fit as expected, we cannot accept returns based on sizing issues. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate sizing information.

  1. Initiating a Return

For returns unrelated to sizing, please contact us at contact@leatherno.one. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as Leatherno isn’t responsible for lost or undeliverable items.

  1. Refund Procedure

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made products
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Products bought during special promotions
